Flights

You will need to make your own flight/driving arrangements to attend the meeting. You will be reimbursed for your flight or mileage per the Penn Foster Group Travel Policy.

When looking at flights, please plan to arrive into Philadelphia on Monday, September 8 in time for our 1:00pm kickoff. Please plan your return flight to depart Philadelphia on Tuesday, September 9 after 6:00pm (our closing meeting will finish by 4:00pm).

Ground Transportation

In order to make everyone’s arrival a little easier, we’ll be providing Uber vouchers to each attendee to use for your arrival and departure. As we get closer to the meeting, you’ll receive an email with a link to add the voucher into your Uber account, and your ride will be charged directly to PFG so you don’t have to expense it. If you have any issues or can’t find an Uber, you can take a taxi or Lyft and expense it under our T&E policy.
